We specialize in acquiring large land plots and, through our expert technical team, manage land parceling and zoning processes. These lands are then transformed into smaller, well-structured parcels tailored to the investors’ needs and offered for sale.

 

Another key subsidiary operating under the Rational Group umbrella is Orca Project Management, which provides professional construction project management services. Our company meticulously manages construction projects from the licensing phase to the occupancy permit stage and final delivery of individual units. With the support of our experienced technical team, we overcome all challenges that may arise when carrying out a project in a foreign country. After this phase, our Building Supervision Department closely monitors the construction process — from excavation to final occupancy approval — to guarantee a smooth and trouble-free project execution.
